If you haven’t already, you should read the two preceding portions of the Homebuyer’s Guide entitled “The Buying Process” and “The Construction Process” before embarking into this section. Doing so will make this part of the guide much more understandable.
If you have made it this far into the manufactured, modular and mobile home buying process, all the want and needs, the decision making, planning, shopping, financing, home site preparations, deliveries, installations, and everything else that has transpired are complete. The last of the construction, installation and utility services are either finished or soon will be.
This means you will be moving into your new Regional Homes home very soon – Congratulations!
Before you officially move-in, there will be one last walk through and a Final Inspection. Once everyone agrees all things are in order with your new home, you’ll be officially ready to start moving in.
